Microsoft Dynamics 365

Your Dynamics 365 appointments, with the summary attached.

Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Trale adds each meeting's summary to the matching appointment, turns its action items into Dynamics tasks, and keeps the attendees' contacts complete.

What Trale can keep up to date

  • Summaries on the appointment.

Added as a note on the Dynamics appointment with the same video link. The appointment itself, which your attendees see, is never changed.

    ConnectionsCRM Synchronization

  • The full transcript, if you want it.

Added once as a note on the Dynamics appointment, right after the summary.

    ConnectionsCRM Synchronization

  • Action items as Dynamics tasks.

Set regarding the attendee's open opportunity or account, or the contact when there is neither, with owner and due date.

    ConnectionsCRM Synchronization

  • Contacts kept complete.

Empty names, phone numbers, job titles, cities and countries are filled in, contacts are linked to their account, and missing contacts are created only if you allow it.

    ConnectionsCRM Synchronization

  • Better pre-meeting briefs.

The brief before your next meeting reads the opportunities, appointments, phone calls, tasks and notes in Dynamics.

    SettingsPre-meeting Email

  • Deal updates and new deals to approve.

After a meeting, the Agent suggests new opportunities and changes to Est. revenue, Est. close date and Probability. Nothing changes until you approve.

Good to know

Is anything on by default?
No. Summaries, tasks and contacts each have a switch. They apply to every CRM you have connected.
Will it change the appointment?
No. The summary goes into a note on it, never into the invitation, and never twice.
Will it create appointments?
Not automatically. It fills in the appointment Dynamics already has for the video link.
Do changes in Dynamics come back?
No. Tasks go from Trale to Dynamics. Changes made in Dynamics stay there.
