Overview

Trale records your meetings and writes what matters into HubSpot. After each meeting, Trale logs the summary to the matching HubSpot contact, company, or deal, matches participants to existing records so you don't copy anything across, and turns action items into HubSpot tasks. New contacts and companies can be created from the people on the call, and existing ones are kept up to date. Built and maintained as an official HubSpot partner.

What you can do with HubSpot

• Log every meeting automatically. Summaries push to the matching HubSpot contact, company, or deal.

• Turn action items into HubSpot tasks. Each follow-up becomes a HubSpot task with its due date, linked to the contact and, where Trale can match them, the company and deal. Complete or edit it in Trale and the HubSpot task updates too.

• Match participants to records. Trale finds attendees in HubSpot by email so the right notes land on the right contact.

• Create and enrich contacts. New contacts and companies are created from meeting attendees, and existing records get updated with titles, phone numbers, and company details.

• Skip internal colleagues. Teammates on your own domain are left out, so only real customer contacts are written.

How to set it up

   Install the app

   Click Install on the Trale AI listing in the HubSpot App Marketplace, or open the connect link below.

   Log in to Trale

   Sign in to your Trale account, or create a free account if you don't have one yet.

   Connect your HubSpot account

   Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect, review the permissions HubSpot asks for, and click Connect app. You need to be a HubSpot Super Admin or have App Marketplace access.

   Record a meeting

   That's it. From now on, every meeting Trale records is logged to HubSpot automatically. No further configuration is needed.

Disconnect and uninstall

• In Trale: Go to Settings › Integrations › HubSpot and click Disconnect.

• In HubSpot: Go to Settings › Integrations › Connected apps › Trale AI and click Uninstall.

Either step stops Trale from writing to HubSpot. Everything already synced (meeting notes, tasks, contacts, and companies) stays in HubSpot. Questions? Email support@trale.ai.
