Microsoft Teams

Your meetings, right where your team works.

Connect Microsoft Teams and Trale posts there too: meeting summaries in the channels you pick, any meeting sent by hand, and your own briefings and summaries in your chat with yourself.

What Trale does in Teams

  • Summaries in your team's channels.

Every meeting, or only the ones that match the rules you set per channel. Adding a channel turns it on.

    ConnectionsChannels

  • Send any meeting by hand.

From a meeting's Share dialog, whenever you want.

    ShareIntegrations

  • Your briefing before the meeting.

Background on the people you are about to meet, last time's recap for a recurring meeting, or where you left off, in your chat with yourself or in a channel.

    SettingsNotifications

  • Your meeting summaries.

Sent to you in Teams, in your chat with yourself or in a channel you pick.

    SettingsNotifications

  • Your coaching digest.

Your coaching digest arrives in Teams.

    SettingsNotifications

  • Suggestions to approve.

After a meeting, the Agent's suggestions arrive as a card with Approve and Reject.

    SettingsNotifications

  • Follow-ups that stalled.

Every Monday, a short list of follow-ups that have not moved, where your suggestions arrive.

Good to know

Will it start posting straight away?
No. Nothing is posted until you add a channel.
Whose name do the posts come under?
Yours. Messages come from your own Teams account, so colleagues see who shared them.
Do I need IT to approve it?
Maybe. Some organisations ask an admin to approve apps before they can post in Teams.
What if Teams cannot take a message?
It comes by email instead, so a notification meant for you always arrives.
Why did I not get notified?
Teams does not notify you of your chat with yourself. Check it before your meetings.
Can anyone approve from the card?
No. Approve and Reject open Trale and are checked there. The card carries no keys.
