Will my email go into briefs straight away?

No. Email in briefs stays off until you turn it on.

Can my email end up in a shared channel?

No. A brief posted in a Slack or Teams channel never includes your email. One sent only to you can.

Will it send email for me?

No. Drafts wait in your mailbox until you send them, and you can switch them off.

What if my mailbox cannot be read?

The brief goes out anyway, without the email.

What if I connect both Gmail and Outlook?

Trale reads one mailbox at a time, and with both connected it reads Gmail.

Do I need IT to approve it?

Maybe. Many companies ask an admin to approve Outlook access before people can connect it.
