Webhooks

Overview

When a meeting finishes processing, Trale can send a webhook to your endpoint so you can pipe meeting data into your own tools and workflows. You choose what the payload includes, from meeting metadata and attendees to the full summary and transcript. Deliveries are signed and retried.

What you can do with Webhooks

• Get notified when a meeting is ready. Trale posts a meeting.completed event to your endpoint once processing is done.

• Choose what the payload contains. Toggle meeting metadata, attendees, summary, transcript, and video URL on or off.

• Verify every delivery. Each request is signed with HMAC so you can confirm it came from Trale.

• Rely on retries. Failed deliveries are retried automatically and logged for you to inspect.
